* You are required to obtain a Ticket/RMA number from Technical Support after confirmed is due to product fault.
* You are required to produce your product serial number and other purchase information for your product warranty verification.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right not to accept or service your product(s) that were not purchased from Achieva Networks Pte Ltd.
* Any products which are out of warranty or mishandled by the customer will be chargeable for repair or replacement.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge a service fee for product verification that is no fault found.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damages of your products.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right not to accept for the following which are not covered under our Warranty.
  1. Unauthorized product repairs and/or modifications
  2. Product serial number is removed or defaced
  3. Warranty seal label is missing or tampered
  4. Damages or malfunction of products resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, exposure to fire, water, lightning, corrosion and improper ventilation
