* You are required to produce your invoice or proof of purchase from Achieva Networks Pte Ltd for your product warranty verification.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right not to accept or service your product(s) that were not purchased from Achieva Networks Pte Ltd.
* Any products which are out of warranty or mishandled by the customer will be chargeable for repair or replacement.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge a service fee for product verification that is no fault found.
* Achieva Networks Pte Ltd reserves the right not to accept for the following which are not covered under our Warranty.
- Unauthorized product repairs and/or modifications
- Product serial number is removed or defaced
- Warranty seal label is missing or tampered
- Damages or malfunction of products resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, exposure to fire, water, lightning, corrosion and improper ventilation
